I’m Emi Dawson (She/Her) I am the founder and Recruiter of NeedleFinder Recruiting. I have been working in technical recruiting for over ten years and have a master’s degree in Organization Management with a Specialization in Employment Law from Champlain College. During my time in recruiting, I have been able to partner with both Startups, Government Agencies, and Fortune 500 companies managing the hiring of a wide variety of roles including but not limited to Cyber Security, Software Development(Engineering, Product Management, DevOps), Project Management, Finance, Operations and Marketing roles.
